MGL is set up with a computer controlled integrated tiling plant from Eisenwerk Hensel - Germany. The tiles are fully calibrated, grooved, polished and chamfered to internationally accepted standards. MGL's range of exclusive granite tiles are manufactured in the most brilliant hues - Indian Black, Black Galaxy, Hassan Green, Kuppam Green, Violet Paradi, Imperial White, Viscon White, Indian Juprana, Colombo Juprana, Multicolor Red, Sira Grey, Kashmir White, Coromandel Blue, Himalayan Blue, Lavender Blue and Ivory. The sizes range from standard ones to innovative user - defined sizes with dimensional accuracy and quality control at every stage in its manufacture. As part of product line, MGL also manufactures flamed, honed, bush - hammered and hand split finishes.
MGL has the plant capacity of 60,000 to 70,000 Sq. ft. per month of cut-to-size tiles ranging from 3/8" to 1?" in thickness and from 12" to 18" in width.
To cater our vast international customers, MGL is equipped with a 16 Head Breton-Italy slab polishing unit for Half random/random slabs which has the capacity of 25000 SFT per month.
Besides we are making variety of value added items including Tables, Chess Boards, Vases, Kitchen Sinks etc. We are also supplying paving stones in the form of Cubes, Flats, Markers, Curb Stones.
We are also manufacturing Rock-pitched monuments, semi random polished slabs for monuments and grave markers.
